Fraternity Actions Suspended At Syracuse College

Syracuse College suspended all fraternity actions for the rest of the semester on Sunday (Nov. 17). The announcement comes after a Black lady reported a bunch of fraternity members yelling the N-word at her on Saturday (Nov. 16).

The Division of Public Security has already recognized these concerned, members of Alpha Chi Rho. 

CBS Information reported that based on proof from safety cameras and eyewitnesses, the group verbally harassed the Black scholar by repeatedly shouting the N-word at her. 

Though solely Alpha Chi Rho was concerned, Chancellor Kent Syverud defined in a press release that each one fraternities will face the results.
